The ornaments and initials (cf. A4r for instance) appear to be Dutch rather than English. Therefore, Amsterdam as place of publication is conjectured. Pages 71, 72 are numbered 91, 92. Part 1 was published in 1682 as: The ten pleasures of marriage (Wing M727).
