History of Publication

Rather a second attempt to sell two books which did not sell - combines:

  1. Love Intrigues: or, The History of the Amours of Bosvil and Galesia [...] written by a young Lady (London: E. Curll/ C. Crownfield, 1713).link
  2. Barker, Jane, Exilius: or, The Banish'd Roman (London: E. Curll, 1715).link
Remarks

The so called "Second Edition" seems to sell the pages of the prior editions mentioned. The title betrays the tendency to sell the "new romance" Exilius rather disguised as a collection of "novels"
