Note: nearly the whole production for the English market appeared in London. It would therefore be futile to pull the complete English sections of the yearly files into this local file. This file is with its selection 1710-1720, only designed to allow comparisons between London and other European cities (and to show that there was hardly a better place in Europe to buy novels than London - there was definitely no crisis of the novel before Robinson Crusoe appeared in 1719 [complete for 1710-1715].)
